Christmas Surgery

Everyone keeps asking me why so close to Christmas for my surgery but my thought is- NO kids, DRUGS and an on call nurse- WHY NOT!?!?!


On a serious note my children are going to my MIL's for a week, I am sick to my stomach and wish someone would BEG to stay home so I could give in and say yes, but alas that isn't happening so far!

So, I have a teenager, some days that is a job in and of itself. Well, this morning he put on his "running shoes" and took off full speed. Attitude was flying all around, hit me in the face and got all over my shirt, well some of it hit Bryan too and that was the end of it. He grounded the child from his computer *gasp* and then when I couldn't take it anymore I took the phone, I know, I am the WORST mother ever!!!!

Well, when he got home from school he informed me that he was indeed being a butt head this morning and that he was sorry. Yes, I gave him the phone back. I am a sucker and to hear that you are right from a teenager for the 1st time ever is like calgon taking you away!!!!

I have a million things to do next and Kater and I are getting sick!!!! I don't have time for this and I told the little germs this but they listen like my kids do!

So, Christmas is all around us. You can never be done at Christmas time. I have bought all of Kater, Quinton, Kelby, Kason, Nephews and Nieces, and Dad's presents and you would think I would be done, but no! I have to get paper goods and a puzzle for kid's parties, presents for my students, mom, sister, and brother in law. I have to make cookies, a ginger bread house, I have 2 Christmas plays, 2 dance recitals, 6 Christmas parties and drop off 4 kids in 2 different towns 6 hours apart, all in the next week!!!! I am not complaining at all, I love every minute of it I just can't believe how busy 1 tiny week can be!!

On another note, my sweet girl is going to be 4 soon, my baby, 4. How sad am I!

New Goal

My new goal is to start blogging again. Time is NOT on my side though. I have nothing witty or interesting to say so not sure what the point is but I am going to try. I have started working again. I am teaching preschool (2 yr olds) and my kids are great!

Kater is in preschool this year too and WHOA that went just like I thought it would. She is doing much better now though. She is one of the best kids her teacher says and catches on quickly to what she is teaching. She hates to miss school cause she misses her friends! She is also dancing again this year and doing great!

Kelby is in 1st grade!!!!!!! He had to have a couple teeth pulled but did great and now has no teeth left! He is an avid reader and one of the best in his class (SHOCKING). I didn't think he would ever like to read. He played soccer this year and was great at it, he played Goalie most of the time. He can't wait for basketball and baseball to get here!

Kason is in the 4th grade and his teacher has once again fallen in love with him! He is so funny! They are doing a lot of hands on things this year and Kason loves that! He played soccer as well and will be playing basketball!

Quinton has moved back home with us and we are so happy about that! He is a sophmore and studying to get his learners permit! I can't believe that! He played football this year, well sorta, he broke his foot and didn't get to play much! He is on the basketball team too, he is doing well and he is better then he thought he would be.

Don't feel good

I love this little girl!


Man I don't feel good. Hope this is a good thing. I feel sickly ickly! I got back to the dr tomorrow for another scan and some blood work. Not sure if they will do pregnancy test or not, probably still to soon for a home test but not for a blood test I wouldn't think! Not sure!

Spring is so busy for us, we are doing basketball right now and have signed up for soccer already, this weekend we sign up for baseball! Kater is still dancing her heart out too!!

We have to go to a breast specialist for me, WF decided that they couldn't handle it! Fine with me!

We are on cycle 2! Day 17? I think. There was a leading follicle on the left side on Monday! So, we got back on the 24th to see what came of that and make sure I ovulated!!! This could be the month! Kater keeps saying she wants a real baby lol. She might just get one!

My friend Kimberley and I took Kater and her son Spencer to the Rockin Disney Road Show and it was so fun. Kater got light up Minnie Mouse ears! She loved the Show!

Weight Loss

This is me back in Nov. I need to update it!


I am down 12lbs so far using Weight Watchers! I am so excited! I had a bigger then normal loss this week but that is ok with me! I don't want it every time cause I don't want to be use to it being a big loss every time but I will take it this week, considering how it has been!

Going in for my 2nd follicugram today too! Praying for a leading follical, I am on day 12 of my cycle so if I don't have one by the next couple of days then this month is a bust!!! I don't want that! I am sore or my left side all day yesterday and today so I am praying hard!!!

tired of it all

i don't feel wanted, appreciated, or even in a good mood for anything. I am cranky, tired, and pissy. I am off all medication, OBVIOUSLY! This isn't going in a good direction

U/S, MRI, Period

Kater stayed with her friend Lilly today while I was at the Dr. They played good until I got there of course! They had a cat fight and Kater sustained a couple of scratches, when we got home she decided she needed bandaids. Well, after she got them on she looked in the mirror and said I look retarded, well I laughed and she said Why didn't you tell me I look retarded!? lol Would it have mattered, I don't!





So, we didn't get to do the follicugram because my menstrual cycle was to heavy today so we are doing it on Monday which he said is fine.

The MRI didn't happen for a very dumb reason, our hospital personal is IGNORANT! Period, the end!

On Monday Dr. G will have a new plan for the MRI and we will preform the 1st follicugram!

Upcoming Events!

This is me looking like a fat hog at Kater's birthday party, my husband thought it was funny that I was in the men's room! So he HAD to get a pic! The only one of me of course too lol!!!




Tomorrow we are going to MOPS yeah!! And then to pick up the Mamogram photos to take to the MRI which is schedualed for thurs at 9 am!!! I will be interested to see what they saw just cause I am curious! I will take pics of them too lol! Document it all right!?!? There is NOTHING you can't scrapbook in my opinion!!!

Thurs is the MRI! Better go quickly and painlessly and I hope I don't have to take my belly ring out. I have all plastic ones I will be sure to wear!

Fri I have my first folicugram! ICK YUCK! The things I will do to have a baby lol!!! Oh well, it will be worth it if it works! That is at 920 I believe. Back on the clomid starting Thurs too! Look out world here come the emotions!

Saturday my husband is abandoning me for a funeral so I have a basketball game and a birthday party, then I have to sign Kelby up for soccer, not sure if it will all get done! Oh, well life, well death happens, I guess! All for now, sorry I am not being very good at blogging I will try to get better!

Oh yeah I started back to my weight watchers cause I have gained all my weight back ick and I have lost 6lbs! I am every excited about doing this the healthy way instead of the way I did it last year! Good luck to me!

So far behind!!

Well, I got a letter saying that they found a lump in my mammogram! I have to have a MRI on the 4th of Feb. The baby making efforts are continuing. Nothing major to report there.

Kelby has his 1st basketball game tonight!!!!! We are excited for basketball season. Kason's 1st game is Thurs. Then soccer sign ups are on Sat!! Man, spring is approaching FAST!

Kason had his semester awards ceremony and he got Honor Roll, Perfect Attendance and Citizenship! We are so proud of him! He has started on his times tables and got a 100 on his 0, 1 and 2's! He is doing great!

3 yrs old

Yes, my sweet girl is 3. She had 2 parties this year. I did one at a jump place called Jump 4 Joy and it was easy breezy and we did one at the church and it was MUCH cheaper. Not sure what I will do next year! Here are her professional pictures. The little boy is my nephew Reed, he shares a birthday with her!

Step 2 Folligrams

Sounds cherry doesn't it?!!? Well, it isn't! We are on to step 2 in conceiving the most UNNATURAL way possible! Now we do the clomid and they do sonograms of my ovaries and folicle's and then when one is "ripe" they give me a SHOT, OUCH, and then well everything else happens the normal way we hope! UGH!!!! How bad do I want this last one?!!? lol!! Pretty bad I guess!!!
